Your words deserve care
Privacy at Coffee Sayer.

This page describes the current Coffee Sayer app and this website, operated by Turkish Coffee Lady Inc. Contact support@coffeesayer.ai with privacy questions or requests.
What you share for a reading
With your permission, the app sends your written note, selected mood, and language through its Supabase backend to Anthropic to generate a reading. A general reading also uses Anthropic when you leave the note blank. You can decline or withdraw AI consent in the app; future AI submissions then require consent again.
The original note is not saved as a field in our reading database. Generated readings may repeat or reflect details from it. Request metadata and generated readings are stored to provide results and support retries. Avoid entering information you do not want processed by these services.
Account and subscription information
Supabase handles your email address, account authentication and associated identifiers, including a guest identifier when you use the app without signing in. Service providers also process technical request information, such as IP addresses, for delivery and security. RevenueCat receives an account identifier and purchase information so we can verify subscription access and allowances. We do not send your reading notes or moods to RevenueCat. Apple processes App Store purchases and maintains its own transaction records.
Journal, intentions, and dictation
Saved journal entries and intentions stay on your device, separately for each account. Signing out hides them rather than deleting them. Guest entries do not transfer when you create or sign into an account. Coffee Sayer does not provide cloud journal backup or synchronization. Removing local app data can remove your journal.
Dictation uses supported on-device speech recognition. If on-device recognition is unavailable, you can type instead. Your captured text becomes part of the note you choose to submit.
Retention in our app backend
- Generated reading rows become eligible for removal after 30 days. Incomplete reading rows become eligible after 24 hours. Cleanup runs hourly.
- Deletion confirmation receipts become eligible for removal after 24 hours, with hourly cleanup.
- Hashed free-allowance records and stable trial aliases are retained for 365 days after activity to help prevent repeated free-trial use.
- Paid-period allowance records are retained until 400 days after the period expires. Daily cleanup applies, subject to active request protection.
- Service-wide usage totals use UTC day buckets. Cleanup removes buckets older than the current UTC date minus 30 days.
These are cleanup thresholds, not promises of deletion at an exact second.
Providers, logs, and backups
Our service providers operate separate retention systems. Our Anthropic organization has 30-day retention enabled for API inputs and outputs. Anthropic may retain flagged content longer for safety investigations or legal obligations; its policy describes up to two years for flagged inputs and outputs and up to seven years for associated safety classification scores. Coffee Sayer uses the Messages API, not a saved chat or Files API. Supabase backup retention varies by plan. RevenueCat may retain information needed for legal obligations and dispute resolution. Account deletion does not promise immediate erasure of every provider log or backup.
For more information, see Anthropic API retention, Supabase privacy and retention, and RevenueCat’s privacy policy. These providers may process data outside your country.
Deletion and your choices
You can delete your account in Settings → Delete account → Delete my account. This removes the app account and associated server readings, requests deletion of the RevenueCat customer, and clears that account’s journal and AI consent on the device performing deletion. Retained allowance records described above help prevent abuse and duplicate usage. Data on other devices is not remotely wiped.
Account deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription. Manage cancellation through Apple’s subscription settings. For access, correction, or removal requests, email support@coffeesayer.ai. We may verify account ownership.
Your rights and preferences
You can request access, correction, or deletion by contacting support. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, or complain to your local data protection authority. Withdrawing AI consent stops future submissions but does not undo past processing. We do not use your reading notes for targeted advertising.
This website and support email
The reflection demo uses prepared text and runs in your browser. It does not send personal thoughts to AI or save a journal. This site has no added advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The hosting provider may process technical request data, including IP addresses and security logs; the public website does not require an app account.
If you contact support, your email and message are processed through Zoho Mail to respond to your request. Keep sensitive information out of support emails. Contact us if you want support correspondence reviewed for deletion.
