Help with a reading
If a reading is incomplete, use “Retry missing readings” in the app. Completed sections are kept. If you still need help, include your app version and a short description of what happened. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or private notes.
Membership and purchases
In Settings, tap View membership to see your plan, remaining readings, and current access date. Use Restore purchases if you previously subscribed with your Apple account, or Refresh membership to check your current status.

Delete your account
In the app, go to Settings → Delete account → Delete my account. Read the confirmation carefully: deletion is permanent. It removes your app account, associated server readings, and that account’s journal and consent on the device performing the deletion. It also requests removal of the associated RevenueCat customer record.
Deleting an account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel separately in Apple’s subscription settings to stop future renewals.
Local copies on other devices, Apple transaction records, provider logs or backups, and retained anti-abuse usage records are not all immediately erased by account deletion. See Privacy for the retention details.
Request removal of server-held data
Email support@coffeesayer.ai with the subject “Coffee Sayer data removal” and the email used for your app account. We may need to verify ownership before acting. If you used a guest session, tell us that so we can help identify the request without asking for your password.
Your journal
Saved entries are kept on your device, separately for each account. Sign back into the same account on the same device to access its remaining entries. Guest entries do not transfer to a signed-in account. Coffee Sayer does not provide cloud journal sync or recovery after local app data is removed.
